Business Partnerships

• Advise Senior Leadership: Provide scientific insights and recommend solutions to complex challenges.
• Identify Key Areas: Focus on critical business areas and create process flow maps to achieve goals.
• Executive Presentations: Prepare first drafts to communicate strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
• Feedback Insights: Review findings and provide tailored insights based on audience feedback.
• Reduce Manual Interventions: Collaborate with partners to identify and minimize manual processes.
• Cost Reduction: Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive programs to realize these savings.

People Development

• Coach Team Members: Mentor team on strategic initiatives and provide pathways to achieve business goals.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct timely reviews with actionable insights and support career development.

Data Collection and Analysis

• Optimization Techniques: Expert in MILP, LP, and simulation techniques in operations research.
• Data Science Applications: Hands-on implementation across the network with proven results.
• Data Integration and Visualization: Utilize SQL, Python, and Tableau to analyze and visualize data.
• Monitor Data: Develop processes for monitoring and flagging data outliers.
• Exploratory Analysis: Conduct analysis and inform the team of findings.

Model Development

• Algorithmic Products: Build and manage parts of models to ensure alignment with product goals.
• Verification and Simulation: Use tools to verify findings and run simulations.
• Technical Problem Solving: Formulate solutions for data-related challenges.
• Algorithm Implementation: Develop and implement data analysis and modeling algorithms.

Proof of Concept and Testing

• Lead Pilot Programs: Understand gaps and provide solutions for network-wide implementations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, software engineering, data science, and operation teams.
• Innovative Ideas: Generate and apply new ideas, contributing to project proof-of-concepts.

Data Quality Management

• Data Quality Efforts: Plan and lead initiatives to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Governance Policies: Develop and implement data governance procedures.
• Quality Metrics: Monitor and address data quality issues proactively.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
