The Coca-Cola Company is transforming its approach to global Marketing and Customer & Commercial Leadership data intelligence. This role represents a transformational opportunity for an expert who thrives in a fast-changing environment, anchored in expertise, leadership, and people influence in the area of modelling and analytics. The Senior Manager, New Digital Measurement Models and Analytics Frameworks will leverage expertise to lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and frameworks using mostly continuous research data from both consumption and purchase tracking studies to drive powerful insights by connecting data sources into a unique purchase-to-consumption pathway. Your work will provide crucial insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance the operational efficiency across our organization. This role is ideal for an innovative leader of self, who thrives on solving complex problems and has a passion for transforming data into actionable intelligence.

This position will also play a key partnership role cross-functionally, working closely with both the networked Human Insights function centrally and the OUs, as well as the Commercial, Channel, and Customer function.

What You Will Do for Us:

  • Deep understanding and expertise in consumer and shopper research techniques, technology-enabled tracking methodologies, and the complete data ecosystem lifecycle.
  • Ability to connect multiple, disaggregated data sets and insights across consumption and purchase into a cohesive measurement system and to drive innovation by adopting new technologies and methodologies..
  • Deep expertise in developing and implementing advanced modelling and analytic frameworks.
  • Ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate and articulate cross-functional objectives to senior management and to present complex data and insights to non-technical audiences
  • Experienced in driving adoption of transformational, innovative modelling solutions and frameworks, approaches, and services across a global organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experienced in driving adoption of transformational, innovative modelling solutions and frameworks, approaches, and services across a global organization.

Related Work Experience:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, and advanced analytics, preferably within fmcg.
  • Experience in consumer and shopper tracking methodologies is desirable.
  • Experience working in a complex, global environment, leveraging teams of internal and external resources.
  • Expertise in strategic and operational capabilities with a forward-looking perspective.

Pay Range:

$130,000 - $147,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

15

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
