1. Korea expert of Metrology eBeam(SEM) Algorithm development and support group(R&D TCT[Technology and Collaboration Team]) for Algorithm matters
 

2. Algorithm Development

  • Working cooperation with algorithm development group in PDC & AMIND

  • Algorithm integration in large systems considering HW and SW aspects

  • Engage in customer facing activities to aid algorithms' proliferation at customer sites

  • Extending tool performance with the customer oriented algorithm development for improving data reliability & measurement success, etc.

  • Provide software specifications and production code on time to meet project milestones

  • Close work with the applications, system, physics, software, and qualification groups in order to understand the customers’ requirements and system constraints

  • Develop state of the art algorithms in the fields of Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, etc.

  • Participating in communication chain with customer to clear understand VoC and challenges from a technical perspective to develop in the right direction

  • Performing C&F for CIP and  preliminary research for new feature in next generation algo development, and beta testing in customer site
     

3. Algorithm Support at Customer Site

  • Application support for algorithm-induced challenges, such as measurement error, data reliability, correlation, and matching issues, etc. at customer site

  • Providing the solution on Algorithm issues – Diagnostics(R/C) and troubleshooting

  • Guiding new implemented Algorithm feature and providing training for account Apps

  • Algorithm bug fixing – Support for worldwide reported bug fixing as a member of Algorithm developer

  • Communicate issues and feedback to Metrology/Inspection Algorithm group and get inputs for troubleshooting at customer site

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree and above

  • Strong theoretical foundation and >3year proven hands-on experience in Computer Vision and Image Processing algorithms

  • Thorough understanding of probability and statistics

  • Strong skills in developing in MATLAB and Python

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Fluent English – verbal and text

  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Travel – capable for initial 1-2 months travel and later willingness to travel up to 30%


Preferred:

  • Theoretical and hands-on experience in detection, segmentation, image enhancement and simulations

  • Theoretical and hands-on experience in Machine Learning

  • Theoretical and hands-on experience in Deep Learning

  • Understanding of imaging systems and physics

  • Development experience in Java and C/C++

  • Experience in multidisciplinary and matrix organization

  • Experienced with semiconductors organizations
