Job Description

Manage the Product Design and Enhancement Team for APAC, inside the Consumer Market Leaders organization.

This team is responsible: 

• Develop, test and enhance existing products in the consumer business 

• Develop guidelines, templates and tools for the standardization and automation of BAU processes within DSCI but also for stakeholders 

• Guarantee the best quality of our products by designing and developing KPIs or tools that allow to prevent and detect data quality escape or check the health of our panels 

• Support methodological questions from stakeholders 

• Answer client inquiries in case L0 - L2 are not able to support 

• Work with Data Science Methods team to understand existing solutions and enable implementation in BAU

Engage with Client Engagement teams, Methods, Operations and Product in order to: 

• Implement new and enhanced methodologies 

• Ensuring that methodologies take into account deployment needs 

• Guarantee BAU execution using standard processes in order to guarantee work efficiency and minimize errors 

• Guarantee methodological support and knowledge sharing 

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in retail measurement methodological solutions 

• Background in statistics, math, or quantitative social sciences 

• Coding proficiency in a major data science coding language such as Python, R 

• Ability to learn quickly 

• Strong written and oral communication skills 

• Collaboration and problem solving skills 

• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across functions 

• Management and leadership skills 

• Good conflict resolution skills 

• Agile tools for communication and documentation
