The AI Policy Management and Adherence Lead is responsible for supporting Data Governance across the enterprise, enabling business growth while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory expectations. The position partners with various business and technology stakeholders to influence and drive adoption of related Enterprise Data, AI and Analytics strategies, policies, standards, and control frameworks, and monitors and enforces policy adherence. The role evaluates established and emerging data practices and technologies to drive the team's direction, while implementing innovative processes and solutions to provide competitive advantage while meeting rigorous control and oversight mandates.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and maintain AI policies, standards, and supporting documentation in close collaboration with AI subject matter experts and related stakeholders to align with laws, rules, regulations and support of Enterprise Data, AI and Analytics strategic objectives.
2. Design and implement process to perform oversight and inspection of AI practices for adherence to established policies and control frameworks.
3. Create and implement processes and procedures to support development and maintenance of AI policies, standards, and control frameworks in adherence with policy management requirements.
4. Establish partnerships with owners of related policies, standards, and procedures to promote alignment between governing documentation through refresh cycles.
5. Drive solution design and execution of multi-pronged data governance efforts that span across platforms and business/technology areas to address enterprise data needs.
6. Identify AI related issues and sub-issues, and work with technology, risk and business partners to triage, track, communicate, mitigate and remediate the issues/sub-issues to closure.
7. Support the production of metrics and measures to track progress and adherence, escalating as needed to various committees for visibility and program accountability.
8. Understand and integrate relevant regulations and industry trends into work plans, exploring emerging frameworks and assessing feasibility using proof of concepts.
9. Collaborate closely with peer teams to ensure coordination, synergy and seamless overall execution.
10. Champion and drive improvement in Enterprise Data, AI and Analytics practices throughout the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in related field, ten years of experience in roles with increasing responsibilities in technology, data management, governance, risk or related practice or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Large program strategic planning/execution across multiple functions
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Demonstrated history of effective performance within shared service, matrix or federated environments.
3. Internal or external consulting experience.
4. Experience with formalized organizational assessment practices (e.g. Capability Maturity Model), including implementation of recommended improvements.
5. Knowledge of data and AI tools and platforms used for managing, storing, querying, testing, loading and transforming data (e.g. SAS, Informatica, Oracle, Teradata) or relevant data certifications (e.g. CIPP, CIPM)
