What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and client collaboration to deliver high-quality AI & Data solutions. You’ll get exposure to:

Designing & Delivering AI & Data Solutions – Develop data models, analytics pipelines, AI/ML models, and cloud-based solutions that drive business value.

Client Collaboration – Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.

Technical Problem-Solving – Leverage your problem-solving experience and toolkit to solve real-world problems.

Supporting Agile Project Delivery – Work in Agile teams to develop, test, and deploy data solutions efficiently.

Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing – Get support from your buddy and coach in developing technical and consulting skills.

Staying Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest AI, ML, and data engineering advancements and contribute to Deloitte’s innovation initiatives.

Our AI & Data team is a diverse group of over 500 specialists across Australia, partnering with clients in both public and private sectors to deliver cutting-edge solutions. We collaborate with leading technology providers such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, and Databricks, ensuring we stay at the forefront of emerging AI and data capabilities.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a data-driven environment. You bring 4 – 6 years of experience in a combination of these areas:

Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence or Technical Business Analysis enabling you to derive actionable insights from data and understand processes and translate them into requirements.

A commitment to delivering excellence and hands-on experience in Project Management, and Strategic planning demonstrating your ability to oversee complex projects efficiently.

Familiarity with various delivery methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid Agile, or Waterfall, highlighting adaptability in diverse project environments.

Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to translate business challenges into actionable data solutions.
-
Experience with modern cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, indicating familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.
-
Exposure in Data Wrangling skills and in Data visualisation Tools like Tableau or Power BI, and strong Data & AI Fundamentals.

Experience in engaging with client stakeholders, supporting them to identify, understand and resolve challenges.
-
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
