Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Enterprise GenAI Frontend Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge generative AI applications within our organization. You will be a key player in designing, building, and deploying user interfaces that leverage the power of large language models (LLMs) to automate tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of GenAI technologies, strong frontend engineering skills, and a passion for building high-performance, scalable solutions.

• Frontend Component Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of frontend components that utilize LLMs to automate tasks, generate content, and interact with users in a natural and intelligent manner.
• UI/UX Engineering: Build robust and scalable user interfaces to support GenAI applications, including responsive web design, accessibility, and user experience optimization.
• Integration with Backend Systems: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with robust and scalable backend systems, including APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of GenAI applications and frontend components to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.
• DevOps Practices: Implement DevOps principles throughout the development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI technologies and evaluate their potential for application within the organization.

Job Requirements

• Generative AI Expertise: In-depth understanding of generative AI models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and frameworks like Langchain, Langflow, and Langgraph.
• Frontend Development: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with building responsive web applications, single-page applications, and progressive web apps.
• UI/UX Design: Proven ability to design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and provide a seamless user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Proven ability to analyze and optimize code for performance, including identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms.
• DevOps Experience: Hands-on experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services for deploying and scaling applications.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with building and deploying large-scale applications.
• Contributions to open-source projects in the GenAI space.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI development practices.
• Experience with API design and development, having worked on backend engineering projects in the past.
