About the Role:
PharmEng Technology is seeking a skilled Data Optimization & Engineering Consultant to support our client's internal digital department. The consultant will lead efforts to enhance manufacturing data analytics, streamline document and data flow, and implement improvements aligned with best practices in data governance and integrity. This role is pivotal in reducing costs and improving efficiency in our clients digital data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support preparation, analysis, and optimization of manufacturing data and document flow.

  • Develop visualizations and charts using existing data foundations or external data sources.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements for SeeQ software and lead custom development initiatives.

  • Oversee SeeQ software installation, configuration, documentation, and implementation support.

  • Evaluate existing data workflows and document management processes to identify and close process gaps.

  • Design and implement a remediation plan and roadmap for process improvement.

  • Define and track KPIs to assess the success of implemented changes.

  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices in data engineering tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Create comprehensive documentation, revised workflows, and training materials.

  • Lead training sessions and workshops for internal teams on new procedures and systems.

  • Develop a monitoring framework for continuous process and data quality improvement.

  • Deliver regular progress updates and a final report summarizing outcomes and future recommendations.

Deliverables Include:

  • Data visualizations and charts supporting manufacturing operations.

  • SeeQ software requirement specifications and customization documentation.

  • Updated process documentation and training materials.

  • Progress reports across all phases of the project.

  • A comprehensive summary of optimized data flow processes.

  • A final project report including results, lessons learned, and future suggestions.

Client Responsibilities:

Our client will provide all necessary documents and information in a timely manner, including:

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tools, and historical data.

  • Process flow diagrams and testing specifications.

  • Relevant templates, validation master plans, and training access (as applicable).
