Your Role:
We’re looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on commercial experience in deploying generative AI solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale production-ready AI features that enhance our product offerings. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s already had 6–12 months of impact in a commercial AI setting and is excited to take ownership of real-world applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve business challenges using AI

• Design and implement scalable AI features using appropriate models, frameworks, and tools

• Lead technical implementation of AI components including prompt engineering, context handling, and model selection

• Develop reliable integration layers between AI models and production systems

• Contribute to AI infrastructure (PromptOps/AIOps) with focus on scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance

• Evaluate and benchmark models to ensure optimal performance for each use case

• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and techniques to inform product strategy

What You’ll Need:

• 6–12 months of hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in a commercial environment

• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or similar

• Strong prompting skills and ability to iterate effectively with LLMs

• Solid coding foundation in Python or JavaScript

• Experience integrating AI features into production systems

• Experience designing and implementing more complex AI workflows using orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex and Hugging Face

• Working knowledge of version control, testing strategies, and AI deployment practices

• Proven collaboration skills with product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions

• Experience benchmarking AI models for performance and cost

Nice If You Have:

• Experience building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

• Practical knowledge of deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Experience with fine-tuning models or applying adaptation techniques

• Open-source contributions or a GitHub portfolio showcasing AI projects
