AI trainee

In Finland, Fujitsu offers a strong local service capability with approximately 1,300 employees. Tools & Automation is Service production unit, which manage, maintain and develop tools and systems in the production environment. Tools and Automation is part of the Business Excellence and Development cross-functional unit in Finland Delivery. Our vision is to provide modern service to our customers and make our own working life easier.

We are responsible for maintaining 40 systems environments of both our own company and all production customers. Our department has around 80 system experts and architects and we handle around 50,000 service requests annually.

With the help of automation, robots and artificial intelligence, we can and will improve the productivity of our work and we also offer added value to customers and ourselves.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Trainee to support our AI experts.

Job description:

• Participate in various stages of AI projects, such as data collection, preprocessing, and analysis.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of AI models.
• Participate in documenting projects and results.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Opportunity to develop your own expertise in various areas of AI.

We expect from you:

• Studies in, for example, computer science, statistics, mathematics or another relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Python).
• Interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good English language skills.
