Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Content Migration and Data Analysis Lead with 4-7 years of experience to join our team at JCI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing content migration projects and performing data analysis to ensure the integrity and usability of our data during transitions. This role requires a strong technical background paired with excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage content migration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring data accuracy and timeline adherence.
• Analyze and assess existing content for relevance and quality, making recommendations for updates and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and project management to define data requirements and migration strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes, data mappings, and analysis findings.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from large datasets and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in content migration and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and content management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
