AI Scientist (product R&D) 

 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled AI Scientist to join our product-focused AI R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing proof of concepts (PoCs) of new products and features powered by AI. By leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML techniques, you will contribute to the creation of transformative solutions that enhance our product offerings. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on impactful projects within a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment. This is a part-time position (3/5 FTE) , offered under a contract of employment. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate on PoCs of AI features and applications. 
  • Conduct spike tests on new AI models and tools. 
  • Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Stay current with AI/ML advancements. 

Capabilities and Skills 

  • Knowledge of AI/ML areas, tools, and frameworks. 
  • Experience with prompt engineering and advance LLM usage techniques. Familiarity with LLM Agents is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. 
  • Ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams, promoting collaboration between technical and non-technical members. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to innovation. 
  • Proficiency in both English and Polish languages.
