Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of our AI products, focusing on customer support AI solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI and SaaS space.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software, AI, or SaaS sales, with a focus on customer support AI products.
  • Strong understanding of the customer support industry and how AI solutions can improve customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling AI-powered customer support solutions.
  • Established network in industries that benefit from AI-driven customer support.
  • Technical background or understanding of AI technologies and SaaS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $143,288.00 - $160,338.00 per year
