 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer & Data Analyst to join our Navigator Team on a three month contract, to develop, refine, and optimise AI-driven prompts for analysing coaching transcripts and reports. The ideal candidate will have expertise in prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and data analysis using AI tools like ChatGPT and other LLMs.

You will play a pivotal role in helping Dohe interpret large volumes of qualitative data from coaching sessions, providing actionable insights that improve our startup acceleration programs.

Navigator:

We are building a case-driven accelerator methodology, ‘Navigator’, using extensive data analysis from actual cases from ‘Go-Together’ our accelerator programme, and various other sources. This framework will offer EdTech startups the guidance and tools they need to navigate their path to growth and success.

Navigator’s first data field is gathered from the Go-Together programme. Through the comprehensive reports and data collected from Go-Together, Navigator uses its taxonomy to categorise and map cases based on similar patterns and challenges. By analysing these cases, it tracks outcomes and progress, offering valuable insights into which strategies were most effective. Simultaneously, it continuously researches and assesses the most efficient approaches for addressing specific challenges, helping us pinpoint both the best solutions and the optimal methods for applying them in different contexts.

Key Responsibilities

AI Prompt Engineering & Development

• Design, test, and optimize effective AI prompts to extract meaningful insights from coaching transcripts.
• Develop custom AI workflows to automate data extraction, sentiment analysis, and thematic categorization.
• Stay updated on advancements in LLM (Large Language Models), NLP, and AI to enhance prompt effectiveness.
• Fine-tune ChatGPT or other LLM-based models for improved accuracy in startup coaching contexts.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Use AI to analyse text-based coaching transcripts, identifying key trends, pain points, and opportunities.
• Develop AI-driven dashboards or reports summarizing qualitative and quantitative insights from startup coaching sessions.
• Apply machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated insights.
• Assist in developing data-driven coaching strategies for startup founders based on AI-processed feedback.

Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with startup coaches, data scientists, and project managers to refine AI-driven reporting tools.
• Provide training and documentation to team members on best practices for AI-assisted analysis.
• Explore integration opportunities for AI with CRM systems, coaching platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with UK regulations (e.g., GDPR) when handling coaching transcripts.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential Skills:

• Experience in AI prompt engineering, using tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, or similar LLMs.
• Strong background in data analysis, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and machine learning.
• Proficiency in working with AI-driven text analysis tools for extracting insights from unstructured data.
• Ability to translate coaching conversations and reports into structured, actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based dashboards).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for sharing findings with non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience working in a startup, accelerator, or coaching environment is desirable 
• Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or similar for AI data processing and analysis.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, APIs, or AI workflow automation.
• Understanding of ethics in AI, data privacy laws (GDPR), and bias mitigation strategies.

• Day rate in the region of £400 to £500 per day
