Senior Technical Product Manager - Knowledge & Agentic AI

As (Senior / Principal) Technical Product Manager, you will be a key member of the AI platform team. You will own and drive product & platform inititaives that significantly accelerate Uniphore’s GenAI agents roadmap

Your key customers will be IT and Data science leaders at fortune-500 companies as well as internal Uniphore application teams. As such we are looking for technically strong candidates who have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Be a thought leader internally on Agentic GenAI platforms as well as RAG systems.

• Continuously research and keep yourself and your stakeholders up to date on new

technology trends in this space.

• Build demo and POCs on new agentic AI platforms to demonstrate key capability and approach differences.

• Be a hands-on UAT tester to be a proxy for users who use our platform to build agents and workflows powered by enterorise knowledge sources.

• Use tools like Postman, Swagger etc. to test APIs and services.

• Use Prompt engineering and optimization to test the various prompts used in RAG (embedding, entity enrichment and content generation) as well as prompts for summarization, insights and other AI solutions.

• Define requirements in the form of PRDs, User stories and Product acceptance criteria documents to be used during PDLC.

• Prioritize business requirements and have these translated to product functional & technical requirements.

• Constantly analyze the competitive landscape, run a gap & SWOT analysis, and define the differentiated story of your products.

• Track product pipeline and sales and analyze growth trends and obstacles.

• Oversee product literature and Demos.

• Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams and join sales meeting to pitch and demo the products to customers and partners.

• Evangelize product for sales, customers, market analysts and media.

Required Skills / Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields.

• 5 -7 years of experience ( in delivering SaaS based / web-based products with

experience in Product Management for LLM-based AI solutions and/or speech/conversation analytics products.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and their application in building co-pilot applications.

• Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.

• Experience in working with Agile methodologies.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market needs and trends into innovative product solutions.

• Proven analytical and innovative thinking, leadership, problem solving, project

management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.

• Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives.

• Ability to stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to evolving product strategies.

• Highly collaborative, skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
