Associate Partner

As KDN AI Global Initiatives Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading teams to develop advanced AI models and solutions that drive innovation and provide actionable insights for KPMG. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for KDN AI Global Initiatives.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and drive innovation.

• AI Agents & Technologies: Deep understanding of AI agents, including their design, deployment, and optimization within enterprise solutions.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and tech stacks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, cloud AI services) to ensure KDN AI initiatives leverage cutting-edge tools and frameworks.
• AI Product Management: Oversee the lifecycle of AI products from ideation and development to deployment and maintenance, ensuring they meet market and client needs.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of global AI projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements.
• Implement robust project management methodologies tailored to AI projects, integrating agile practices where appropriate.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.

• Initiate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and global member firms.
• Conduct pre-engagement activities to understand stakeholder needs and align project goals accordingly.

• Tax AI Pillar: Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions tailored to tax services, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
• Audit AI Pillar: Lead initiatives to integrate AI into audit processes, improving data analysis and risk assessment capabilities.

• Spearhead innovative AI projects that push the boundaries of current offerings and explore new service opportunities.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance KDN AI offerings.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

• Take ownership of the final stages of project delivery, ensuring successful market launch for clients and internal member firms.
• Monitor post-launch performance, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

• Ensure all AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations, standards, and KPMG’s quality benchmarks.
• Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all projects.

Educational qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), AI/ML technologies and AI product management (e.g., Certified AI Product Manager) are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI project management, AI product management, technology consulting, or a related area within a professional services environment.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, global AI initiatives from inception to successful delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing AI products, including knowledge of AI agents and the latest AI technology stacks.

• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including AI agents, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data analytics, and their applications in Tax and Audit services.
  • Proficiency with the latest AI tech stack and cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS AI, Azure AI, Google AI).
• AI Product & Project Management:
  • Expertise in AI product management, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and resource allocation tailored to AI initiatives.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable AI initiatives.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
