Are you passionate about data integrity and making systems work smarter, not harder? We're looking for a Specialist 1, Data Integrity candidate who is detail-oriented and a proactive team player to help us find, fix, and maintain data accuracy—ensuring seamless operations across our global platforms. Based in our EBS office in Poland, you’ll work closely with the Vice President of Supply Chain Digitalization, Systems & Technology, and collaborate with various business divisions to drive impactful change.
This role is your opportunity to contribute to high-priority initiatives, support system accuracy and process adherence, and build strong relationships across Supply Chain & Operations, Service Operations, and other key functional teams. Whether it's standard data input or deep-dive analytics and system investigation, your work will directly support the stability and efficiency of our supply chain ecosystem.

What you’ll do at Elekta:
Daily investigation and resolution of system synchronicity elements:
Inventory, In-Transit, Open Orders, Item Master, Material in Review, Integration and system errors, ‘Status 30’routine
Action daily system alerts (proactive management of system synchronicity)
Reporting and fixing data integrity issues via various methods:
Standard data input (inputting system data based upon prescribed files)
Intelligent data input (using logic to derive required data for input)
Review & input (using reporting to monitor and re-fix any previously input data)
Mass update (preparing mass update logic files for automatic updates)
Performing standardized analytical reports to monitor and manage system synchronicity
Building knowledge repository of synchronicity issues & resolution tactics in form of instructions and process flow
Creating, Reviewing and updating role based procedural documentation and instructions
Running daily, weekly, monthly reports for system & operational monitoring/management dashboards
Creating and developing tools to support daily work, optimize and automatize processes as well as create KPI’s
Prepare and present presentations on business requests
Working with internal and external groups to capture information regarding dashboard reports
Collaborating with internal and external groups of stakeholders to assist in creating a repeatable and sustainable set of critical business routines fully supported with daily reporting and analytics.
Proactively engages in constant process improvement and simplification
Engagement in global projects coordination, special reporting and co-operating with correspondence departments
Provides day-to-day support / training to less experienced team member
Various ad hoc tasks on Team Leader’s request

What you bring:

Working knowledge of English on at least B2 level
Degree level educated (relevant skill area preferred but not mandatory, e.g.: supply chain management, database administration, information technology, application development, supply chain planning, etc.)
1–2 years of business experience (in Supply Chain / Inventory Control support / Data analysis – preferred) in an international company (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite experience with particular focus on Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
