Corporate Bank Cash Payments is the core team fully responsible for compliant payments processing for our Corporate Clients. This covers Instant, Low Value (e.g. SEPA) and High Value Payments, as well as Cross-Border Payments to mention just some payment types delivered by Corporate Bank Cash Payments. It implements payment services in a flexible, scalable and resilient manner so that our clients can make payments out of 30+ countries. To cater to the growing needs of measurable high quality, consistent, standardized, and structured payment data, we are looking for a Payment Data Product Management Specialist to develop and manage Cash Payment Data as part of our strategic Cash Payment product area.
Your key responsibilities
You take responsibility for Cash Payment Data deliverables with a focus on the payment data model and payment data quality monitoring and reporting supported by an experienced agile Product Owner.
You support to define and maintain the Cash Payment Data strategy and roadmap working with the agile teams and stakeholders across the globe, ensuring the underlying rationale as well as the strategic drivers to deliver high quality and standardized data is clear and transparent.
You work in close cooperation with global Payment Product Owners and Managers, Country Product Managers and other CCM teams, such as IT and Operations to further develop the Payment Data usage.
You ensure requirements are clearly documented and the corresponding benefit case is understandable.
You manage Dependencies, Risks and Issues in close interaction with the Payment Domain Tribe Leads.
You communicate already available Cash Payment Data deliveries as well as the strategy and roadmap and support in open two-way dialogues and alignments with colleagues and teams within the tribe as well as any other internal / external stakeholders.
Your skills and experiences
Payment data knowledge (e.g. ISO20022) or Payment product knowledge and some operations and technology background.
Experience in process and product management across different business areas, such as Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Ops and IT.
Effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
Capable of independent and pragmatic work style, guaranteeing high degree of solutions and delivery achievements
A team player with good interpersonal skills and able to take initiative.
Confident usage of spoken and written English is required.
