About the Job
The Associate Director of Advanced Analytics – US Respiratory/CRS will be responsible for predictive analytics, including use of AI/ML models, to assess and improve promotional effectiveness. This individual will be an integral partner to the US Dupixent RESP & CRS brand and commercial teams, helping to answer the “why” questions via drivers analyses to augment the “what” questions on brand performance. All in all, they will be responsible for the development & application of cutting-edge analytical capabilities to achieve the full potential of the US RESP & CRS portfolios.
This position will report to the Director, Advanced Analytics – Dermatology / Respiratory / GI and will be based in Cambridge, MA.

Main Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner and work closely with Senior Leadership, Brand and Functional heads to understand their business priorities and questions, providing strategic guidance and ad-hoc support as the Advanced Analytics subject matter expert.
Work with Brand Analytics colleagues to support & enhance internal data management / analysis platforms to facilitate collaboration, harmonize key deliverables, and drive analytics best practices within the larger Commercial Strategy & Insights team.
Coordinate with data management to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information.
Hands-On Insights Generation
Clean, aggregate, and organize data from disparate sources for use in modeling projects
Apply data science techniques, such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and artificial intelligence to generate predictive insights – tactical and strategic insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Create dashboards to synthesize information and enable business decisions.
AI Project Leadership
Lead predictive modeling projects (e.g., patient identification, next-best-action, patient journey modeling) with internal and external data science and data engineering partners
Provide overarching project direction, including subject matter expertise on data, modeling methodology, outputs, and applications
Liaise with business stakeholders to socialize project outputs, facilitate pull-through
About You
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline
Minimum of 7 years of Pharmaceutical, Commercial Analytics/Forecasting, Sales Operations, or Consulting experience
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in a broad range of programming languages (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, R, VBA)
Experience using analytical platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowpark, Jupyter Notebook, SAS Studio, SQL developers)
Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, Capgemini, SP)
Hands-on experience with predictive modeling and common ML applications (e.g., classification modeling, clustering/segmentation, marketing mix, and driver analyses)
Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Tableau)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong strategic awareness and business acumen
Strong proven leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners
Self-starter, proactive in nature, and actively participates
Ability to understand and influence decisions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
Certification in Data Science or Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
Experience in Immunology or Specialty Care
Experience working with CRM data systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce)

The salary range for this position is:
$125,250.00 - $208,750.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
