Job Description & Summary: A career within Data and Analytics services will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. We focus on a collection of organizational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organizations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge.
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of & hands-on experience in Data Quality (DQ) management – including data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and standardization.
- Expertise in implementing DQ frameworks – experience in defining data quality rules, thresholds, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Experience with DQ tools such as Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Collibra DQ, Ataccama, Monte Carlo or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in developing and configuring DQ workflows & automation to assess and improve data quality across different data sources.
- Hands on experience with SQL, or other scripting languages to support data quality validation and rule execution.
- Knowledge on end-to-end Data Quality Lifecycle and the business processes.
- Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders and drive data quality initiatives.
Good to have Skills:
- Certifications in Data Quality or Data Governance (e.g., DAMA-CDMP, DCAM, CDMC, Informatica DQ certification, Collibra DQ certification.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik to present data quality insights.
- Familiarity with working on RFPs, internal/external POVs, accelerators, and data quality frameworks.
Mandatory skill sets:
