What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead high-impact initiatives that drive business growth. As part of a highly data-driven organization, this role tackles some of the business's most complex and strategic challenges. You will apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to uncover insights, optimize decision-making, and enhance strategies across marketing, customer experience, and operations. In this role, you will develop predictive models to forecast key business metrics and improve segmentation strategies. Additionally, you will refine marketing attribution models and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable outcomes. With direct influence on business strategy, you will have the opportunity to solve critical problems, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and lead data science initiatives to solve business challenges drive strategic growth and implement advanced predictive models to analyze customer behavior, forecast lifetime value, and identify actionable opportunities
  • Use statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize marketing, personalize customer experiences, and enhance segmentation frameworks for targeted marketing efforts
  • Develop attribution models to measure the impact of marketing channels on conversions
  • Conduct time series modeling to forecast revenue and analyze business trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Build scalable solutions for large-scale datasets and ensure models are production-ready
  • Continuously explore and implement emerging data science techniques and best practices to drive innovation

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics)
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage
  • Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Proficiency in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and wor
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
