We’re hiring a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of scalable, AI-driven payment solutions that reduce costs and automate financial workflows. You’ll design and build user-facing components for our blockchain-powered B2B payment network, impacting how businesses manage receivables and collect revenue.

Role At A Glance

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and development of user-facing systems that power our cutting-edge fintech platform. You’ll collaborate across disciplines—engineering, design, product, and customer success—to build applications that redefine user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable frontend and backend systems.
• Develop reusable libraries and frameworks to accelerate product delivery.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance across projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design user-centric solutions.
• Drive technical innovation, ensuring high performance, security, and quality.
• Champion best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Identify and integrate opportunities for AI-driven features and tools.
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years in web or hybrid application development.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product development and have a strong self-starting mindset.
  
  

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with a solid foundation in functional programming principles.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and Express.js, with an emphasis on functional programming techniques such as immutability, pure functions, and composition.
• Experience architecting scalable APIs and robust backend systems.
• Proficiency with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, and a solid understanding of component-driven development.
• Skilled in CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) and responsive UI development.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and modular design.

Soft Skills:

• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with event-driven architectures and smart contracts.
• Familiarity with crypto/blockchain technologies.
• Contributions to open-source or AI/ML experimentation (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
