General Overview:
The Global Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining, validating, and ensuring the accuracy of master data across ERP and SRM systems. This role plays a key part in supporting procurement, operations, and finance teams by ensuring high-quality data management, streamlining processes, and contributing to procurement control and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update master data records, including supplier data, materials, contracts, and pricing, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform regular data validation and quality checks to prevent errors and duplication.
- Support procurement and operations teams by ensuring correct and up-to-date supplier, contract, and inventory data.
- Assist in implementing data management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure system integrations and data flows between ERP and SRM systems function properly.
- Generate and analyze reports related to procurement and operational data to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with global data management regulations and company standards.
- Provide support and training to colleagues on data management best practices.
