Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and data savvy professional to take on a role combining Product Ownership and Data Analysis, with a focus on driving success across our Operations and Customer teams.

You’ll be responsible for tracking performance, reporting impact, and supporting sales with compelling product demonstrations. You’ll drive continuous improvement by managing the product roadmap and working closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact enhancements.

You should be comfortable to extract and consolidate data, use tools to track product usage, and engage with outsourced developers and testers. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, customer success, and data.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Own and evolve the product roadmap aligning it with customer needs, internal priorities and innovation needs, and market opportunities 
• Define and manage product requirements – both functional and non-functional
• Create user stories, use cases, and process flows to support development
• Work closely with external development partner and internal teams to deliver roadmap items on time and to spec 
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintain product documentation, and produce release notes and customer communications
• Drive prioritisation process with leadership, to maintain and estimate Product backlog

Sales & Customer Success

• Support Sales by delivering impactful Platform demonstrations
• Act as the “how to” Platform expert/guru for customers, the business and users
• Ensure feature commitments made during sales process are reflected in the roadmap
• Support activities to onboard new customers onto the platform

Reporting and Data

• Track platform and feature usage to evaluate performance and client engagement
• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and usability
• Create clear reports and visualizations that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Experience

• 2–3 years of experience across product management / business analysis
• Background with cloud platforms enabling business operations
• Thrived in start-up and scale-up businesses
• Strong data skills – comfortable with Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Confident in front of customers

• You are naturally curious, have great attention to detail, and love to improve things
• You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Quick learner with Web, App and Data technologies
• Data-driven with a passion for using evidence to guide decisions
• Comfortable working across teams and managing external vendor relationships
• Approachable, collaborative and communicative to support other functions and customers; and manage expectations and issues professionally
• Internationally oriented with the ability to work across diverse cultures
