About the Role

As a Sr. Data Visualisation Analyst in our Non-Financial Risk Framework, Tooling and Insights you’ll play a key role in helping to Group Compliance. This role will primarily deliver on key Non-Financial Risk initiatives, enables all reporting and systems support services to be delivered by meeting SLAs and quality standards, and contributes to the delivery of ongoing changes and enhancements to data visualisation and reporting solutions in scope using a structured prioritisation process, meeting requirements and stakeholder expectations.

What will your day look like?

• Source, synthesise and analyse large amounts of data from various Non-Financial Risk data sources
• Build and maintain strategic dashboards using Data Visualisation tools (Tableau, Qliksense and Servicenow) and data assets
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business problem and data needs to deliver actionable insights
• Present visualisation and recommendations to senior management
• Monitoring of key performance indicators to track and measure business success
• Continually identify opportunities to streamline and optimize data processes
• Generate, monitor, analyse and present relevant customer insights, costs, benefits, and risks for cohorts. This could include business casing, what if scenarios, opportunities sizing and assessments.
• Contribute to the development of well-governed, shared and reusable data assets
   

What will you bring?

• Experience in banking or financial services preferred but not required, 10+ years of Visualisation, Reporting, Delivery, Change Management or related technical experience
• Hands-on strong data visualisation skills development knowledge and experience with tools and techniques for analysis, data preparation and presentation. Tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense and ServiceNow is mandatory
• Experience in GCP, Big Query, SQL, Data Analysis, data modelling, ETL tools such as SSIS is an added advantage 
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset to continuously improve insights and processes
• Strong ability to translate and surface data into actionable insights
• Strong data visualisation skills 
• Ability to effectively communicate to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
• Previous experience in scoping and developing plans for strategic pieces of work
• Experience in executing business change including key stakeholder management along the journey
• Strong communication and presentation skills
