Business Analyst within Bir Ecosystem (Data Analytics)

In this role, you will serve as a key link between data insights and strategic decisions, supporting business growth through analysis, financial modeling, and stakeholder collaboration. Job description:

• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc materials for senior leadership.
• Develop reports and talking points for various ecosystem discussion platforms and committees.
• Conduct product analysis, including funnel analysis, customer cohorts, and acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
• Identify actionable insights by analyzing performance reports, research papers, and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with peers across ecosystem companies, data and innovation teams, external startups, joint ventures, and partners.
• Provide analytical support for strategic planning, business monitoring, and planning processes.
• Conduct periodic stream-specific research and summarize key findings.
• Support Ecosystem Development and Performance teams with data-driven analysis and market research.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• A Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English

• Product Knowledge: Experience with product analysis metrics, benchmarking, and feasibility analysis
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with innovative industries such as E-commerce, FinTech, and others
• Proficiency in SQL (e.g., DataIKU), experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus, and strong Excel skills
