Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic AI/ML Intern to join our R&D team. As an intern, you will work closely with our data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop innovative solutions using state-of-the-art AI techniques. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and research confidence building measures for the agentic AI models to operate under uncertainty and quantify risks as confidence building measures on security guidance and actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Preprocessing: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing large datasets for training and testing machine learning models.
- Model Development: Support the design and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models for decision uncertainties under the guidance of experienced team members. Using LLMs and uncertainty modeling, provide risk and confidence score-based prioritization and decision-making models.
- Testing and Evaluation: Help in evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics and fine-tuning model parameters to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
- Documentation: Document processes, experiments, and findings in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Education: Currently pursuing a master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Understanding of deep learning concepts and neural networks.
- Prior experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with real-world AI/ML projects.
