Data Quality Compliance Manager

Job Description Summary

The purpose is to support the effective delivery of lease administration, management reporting and related information requirements of the Managed Services Agreement between Cushman & Wakefield and its client. Support the Lease Management Team by driving the review and delivery of lease administration, data management, AR/AP, accounting, contractual and other related services to internal stakeholders and our external client. Provide high standards of service within contract obligations and Cushman & Wakefield’s policy, as well as accounting, FM, legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for reporting, performance and data compliance requirements

  • Responsible for managing the integrity of portfolio data within the MIS to drive accuracy and reliability of timely reporting

  • Undertake IFRS16 JDE Exception Reporting and Data Integrity Validation & Reporting

  • Compile performance monitoring information for the Service Delivery team and Contract Manager

  • Proactive reporting and communication of issues and opportunities uncovered in reviews conducted

  • Cush Wake Capture is up to date and FM Team are across any vendor non conformance

  • Delegated limits of authority are not exceeded

  • Amendments to GLA/ NLA are captured as required against environmental data sets

  • Procurement and quote governance is adhered to

  • Calculate, monitor and report on performance.​

  • Coordinate and undertake scheduled and ad-hoc data validations

  • Ensure the delivery of timely and accurate reviews of data and financial components and other key processes

  • Review and analysis of information to be completed each month, including but not limited to rent including outgoings, recoveries, lease documentation, AAB16 data points

  • Responsible to ensure CPI increases are being generated for Lease Management team to address

  • Responsible to ensure all Critical Dates and rent reviews are being actively managed including commentary where required for Lease Management team to address

  • Responsible to review units, floors NLA/GLA calculations, and identify errors or gaps for Lease Management team to address

  • Review AASB16 data points identifying areas for Lease Management team to review and address

  • Scheduled and Ad-hoc reviews of document library ensuring all documents following correct procedures and naming conventions

Background and Experience

  • At least 2 year's of experience in a data management., Lease Administration or finance role – ideally in internal or external audit

  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with large data sets.

  • Intermediate excel skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of both a local and national team.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with large scale Lease Administration, Finance transaction & reporting systems such as JDE/SAP

  • Understanding of risk-based audit methodology.

  • Able to test controls, identify risk and control weaknesses

  • Recommend and implement changes to current procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Australian Citizenship

  • Canberra based

  • Hold or must be willing to obtain security clearance
