Data Operations Specialist

About the role…

The responsibilities include daily management of data for the Education Services department and communication with internal stakeholders

What you’ll do for us…

• Carry out day-to-day operations related to workshop management and report any inconsistencies in the process
• Recommend actionable improvements when necessary
• Create weekly/monthly reports to represent data
• Ensure the data repository is maintained and accurately captured
• Respond promptly, accurately, and in a timely manner to queries related to shared data
• Keep the supervisor informed proactively of any concerns or opportunities
• Quickly learn job-specific software
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned

What you’ll have...

• Attention to detail
• Proficient in MS-Excel and Word knowledge and not limited to Macro, VBA skills (coding)
• Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage

• Very good command of English (verbal and written)
• Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role
• Analytic and Critical Thinking Skills
• Follows prescribed standard practices that are readily understood.
• May gather information to help arrive at an appropriate solution.
