We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on AI Prompt Engineer & Business Optimisation Specialist to work closely with our Founder/Managing Director in transforming every aspect of our operations—from Sales & Marketing to Customer Service, Admin, and beyond—through the intelligent use of automation and AI.

This is not a task-execution role. This is a leadership-leaning, innovation-driven opportunity for someone who thrives in autonomy, thinks in systems, and is obsessed with continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build & Optimise Workflows using AI tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Gemini, Dubb, and others.
  
• Automate Customer Communication: Create smart Zapier flows (e.g., ChatGPT + Outlook) to draft email replies and streamline service.
  
• Content Creation: Develop SEO-optimised blog content, lead magnets, email nurture sequences, and social content.
  
• Business Systems Optimisation: Simplify and improve processes related to invoicing, supplier management, and internal comms.
  
• Research & Experimentation: Stay up to date with leading thinkers like Wes McDowell, and bring fresh insights into the business.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the MD and delegate execution to our marketing VA as needed.

Requirements

Role Essentials

• Weekly Strategy Check-Ins with the MD
  
• Live Collaboration: Open Google Meet working window with camera on (standard across the company)

Who You Are

• A self-starter with an eye for optimisation
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Literature, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  
• Experience in crafting effective prompts
  
• Passionate about systems and automation
  
• Naturally curious and always learning
  
• Confident in AI prompt writing and building automations via Zapier
  
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  
• Comfortable collaborating and delegating in a remote team environment
