AI Presales Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to develop strategic AI roadmaps that align with their business objectives
• Design AI solutions incorporating both traditional machine learning and generative AI approaches
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions with defined ROI
• Advise on AI architecture decisions across Business applications and custom-built solutions
• Demonstrate technical leadership throughout the presales process from discovery to proposal
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify and validate high-value AI use cases
• Build proof-of-concepts and technical demos to showcase AI capabilities
• Provide thought leadership on emerging AI technologies and implementation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI solutions across multiple technology stacks
• Proven track record of developing and executing AI roadmaps for enterprise clients
• Deep expertise in both traditional ML (computer vision, NLP, predictive analytics) and generative AI technologies
• Experience with AI implementations in SaaS, Retail or Manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of advanced sensing technologies and human-device interaction paradigms
• Demonstrated ability to establish clear ROI frameworks for AI initiatives
• Excellence in technical communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SCM)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Implementation experience with major cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of regulatory considerations for AI implementations
• Experience with MLOps and AI model deployment in production environments
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and SaaS business models

Success Criteria

• Demonstrated ability to accelerate the sales cycle through technical expertise
• Track record of increasing win rates for complex AI solution proposals
• History of creating reusable AI solution frameworks that scale across customer segments
• Evidence of staying current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities and best practices
