We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales enablement team. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Specialist - Data Analytics & Insight
We will count on you to:
• Build knowledge and understanding of Mercer’s Investments business, service offerings and strategic priorities
• Interact virtually with a variety of onshore stakeholders to understand their specific requirements and deliver them accordingly
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
• Create and deliver business and sales reports/excel based dashboards, including sales and revenue reporting, performance reporting and business forecasting as requested by business stakeholders/leadership from time to time, using Salesforce and other relevant data sources
• Support data requirements for ongoing tenders (RFIs/ RFPs/ PQQs/ ITTs etc.)
• Support ad-hoc reporting requirements, which may include building new customized reports for the business
• Liaising with internal Analytics team to create automated solutions/tools/dashboards for standard sales reports to introduce efficiency into the process
• Lead and enhance the tools used in the sales growth process to boost win rates Sales Operations/Pipeline Management:
• Ensure data in Salesforce is up to date in order to reflect an accurate pipeline
• Performing data updates and data maintenance for existing opportunities in the database
• Creation of live dashboards for the leadership team to have a view into the sales pipeline
What you need to have:
• Graduate in Finance/ Commerce, Science, Technology/Engineering, Mathematics or
Management would be preferred. Other degrees may also be considered.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a Sales reporting/Business intelligence/sales operations role
• Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge
• Know-how of sales operations/CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Know-how of BI/data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; creativity and innovation
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service focus, along with good business acumen
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, with tight deadlines and work under pressure

• An understanding of the Sales Management process and tools utilized for the same
• High level of proficiency in all MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of investments/pensions markets
• Experience of directly dealing with senior internal stakeholders
