Job Title: Staff Platform Engineer (AI & Gen AI)
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Business & Team: CTO - Cloud Integration

Impact &contribution: You will be joining our Cloud Enablement & Engineering Crew, who are a team of some of the smartest engineers in Australia. As we are invested in building world class digital application and services to our customers, we are now building a new team to drive our AI, Machine Learning and Cloud capabilities. 

As our Staff Platform Engineer, you will be partnering with cross-function teams using your AI, Machine Learning and Cloud expertise to lead the design, develop and deploy cutting-edge Gen AI solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Integrating AI models into existing AWS-based systems and applications, troubleshooting and debugging AI Models, ensuring the reliability and functionality of AI Systems, and automating end to end testing.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of large-scale AI applications using AWS services such as Sage Maker, Bedrock, Rekognition, and Comprehend.
• Utilise advanced machine learning techniques to develop and train generative AI models on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems and applications
• Highly experienced with data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Highly experienced with Quality Assurance ensuring the reliability and functionality of AI Systems
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Gen AI research and development on AWS, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions

Essential skills:

• 12+ Years of experience in relevant field.
• AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, and Comprehend
• DevOps practices and tools such as Github Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, or Java, or C++

Education Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
