Responsibilities: 

 

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to support business intelligence and data warehousing projects. 

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and transform them into technical solutions. 

Develop complex mappings and transformations to integrate, clean, and standardize data from multiple sources. 

Optimize ETL performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and tuning Informatica mappings and sessions. 

Ensure data quality and integrity through robust validation and exception handling processes. 

Manage deployment and version control for Informatica code using best practices. 

Document technical specifications, design, and mapping documents to support development and future maintenance. 

Work with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and manual files, writing efficient SQL queries for data extraction and validation. 

Monitor daily ETL jobs and resolve issues proactively to ensure data availability and accuracy. 

`Perform root cause analysis and debugging for production issues and develop fixes with minimal impact. 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter. 

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. 

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

• Must have experience on Informatica Power Center 

• Preferred – Good SQL knowledge and data warehousing concepts

B.tech/MBA/MCA
