JOB POSITION
 

Carelon Global Solutions India is looking for a strong Data Scientist with AI/ML experience for Tech Lead role.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design and implement machine learning models for language processing tasks.
• Improve the performance of existing models.
• Work alongside data scientists and engineers to implement models in production.
• Analyze complex datasets related to language processing.
• Develop innovative approaches to language processing tasks.
• Stay updated on machine learning and natural language processing advancements.
• Contribute to all phases of the machine learning lifecycle.
   

QUALIFICATION

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Sciences, IT, Engineering or master’s in data science /AI ML fields
   

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8 years of experience in AI/Ml and GenAI projects
• Solid experience working with LLMs, such as GPT3/ Llama/ T5/ BERT, and NLP frameworks, like Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch /JAX along with proficiency in Python 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Solid experience working with LLMs, such as GPT3/ Llama/ T5/ BERT, and NLP frameworks, like Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch /JAX 
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with LangChain library or similar language modeling tools. 
• Experience with Natural Language Processing tools like NLTK or Spacy. 
• Familiarity with cloud services and distributed data/computing tools. 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Ability to work both independently and in a team 
• Skilled in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP/LLM’s/GenAI. Experienced in building and mentoring high-performance data science teams.
