About the RoleAs Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing key business metrics, building reports and dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on performance tracking and process optimization. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and execution. Key Responsibilities• Track and analyze key operational, financial, and business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities• Support leadership with predictive analytics, forecasts, and scenario planning to drive business growth• Use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements across sales, marketing, finance, and operations• Design and maintain reports using PowerBI, cicOS, and other BI tools to enhance real-time decision-making• Work closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into strategic insights• Implement and improve data automation processes to increase accuracy and reduce manual reporting efforts What We’re Looking For• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel; experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus• Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for business teams• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, finance, or a related field
