Your contributions will directly shape the organizations analytical capabilities, driving innovation, and providing valuable insights that positively influence business outcomes through data-driven decision making.  What You’ll Need to Make Your ImpactIn this position, you will be a key contributor in shaping and implementing the data analytics strategy. You will work with a team of talented engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the adoption of best practices in data analytics. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a leadership position and have a passion for solving complex analytical challenges. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ·             Lead the development and implementation of advanced data solutions to address complex business challenges.·             Extensive proficiency in Python for advanced data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.·             Experience with data analytics tools and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter.·             Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows.·             Participate in code reviews and design sessions during Agile process·             Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness.·             Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.·             Database query skills (e.g., SQL).·             Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.·             Databricks, Spark and experience with big data technologies will be highly valuable·             Experience in agile software methodologies·             Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification·             Healthcare experience is highly valuedBenefits of Working with Porter:·       Remote work environment·       Medical, dental and vision benefits within 30 days of hire  ·       Paid vacation and holidays·       A fun team and special culture
