Your Role

A Day in the Life 

• Design and extend logical and physical data models across clinical, financial, operational, and administrative domains
• Model data at atomic granularity to support transaction integrity and analytics readiness
• Collaborate with architects and SMEs to align with master data standards (e.g., EMPI)
• Apply and maintain normalization standards (e.g., 2.5NF) while enabling denormalized structures for analytics
• Define and manage data semantics, conformed dimensions, and reusable entities
• Enrich models with business metadata, lineage, and documentation in collaboration with data catalog teams
• Package models using model-driven deployment tools (e.g., Liquibase); manage versioning and promotions
• Participate in model Q&A, validation, and peer reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• Work cross-functionally with ingestion, analytics, governance, and API teams to operationalize models 

What You Need 

• Ability to design conceptual, logical, and physical models across multiple domains
• Extend existing models and propose scalable, well-integrated solutions with minimal supervision
• Advocate for and follow data governance and CI/CD best practices
• Strong communication and analytical skills for effective collaboration with product and project teams
• 4–5 years of enterprise data modeling experience (healthcare, life sciences, ERP preferred)
• Proficient in relational, dimensional, and hybrid modeling techniques
• Hands-on with modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin, native DB tools)
• Familiar with metadata management, lineage, and semantic modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience with version-controlled deployments (Liquibase, Flyway)
• Deep knowledge of large-scale database design, including:
• Experience with:
• Proven ability to migrate large datasets from traditional to modern platforms
• Collaborated closely with data engineering teams on ingestion and transformation of high-volume pipelines
• Ability to define optimal storage patterns for complex or LOB structures

Our Noida office is situated in a posh techspace, equipped with various amenities to support our work environment. Here, we follow a five-day work schedule, allowing us to efficiently carry out our tasks and collaborate effectively within our team.
