We're looking for an Analytics Product Strategist, who will own data products in Operations & Claims product area, to join our team and help us to build the bridge between business and engineering. If you enjoy a combination of business interaction, hands-on technical work, and product management in a global environment, this might be the perfect role for you! You'll get to participate in a variety of interesting initiatives. For example, you will:

Location: India (Bangalore)

Key responsibilities

• Design and build robust and scalable data-driven applications
• Focus on an approach that integrates business requirements and technological possibilities, emphasizing user experience & data storytelling
• Serve as a point of contact for business experts, understanding their needs and advising on how to leverage data and analytics to achieve better outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and structure requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business priorities
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data products in the Operations & Claims Analytics product area, from conception to deployment to operation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate on design and build of user-centric data assets that align with business & application needs, ensuring that data is efficiently structured
• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI models

 

About you

Nobody is perfect and meets 100% of requirements. If you, however, meet some of the criteria below and are genuinely curious about the world of data analytics, we will be happy to meet you.

To be successful in the role, you have:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of work experience delivering data-related solutions in the financial industry, consulting, or tech.
• Experience in reinsurance/insurance industry, preferably in the post-bind domain
• Experience in building data-driven applications and storytelling with data
• Experience in information modeling and building data pipelines
• Proficiency in modern coding languages, such as Python or TypeScript.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Excellent communication in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

 

If you also have the following experience and interests, it is a huge plus:

• Knowledge of Palantir Foundry or Microsoft Power BI.
• Project management abilities within agile frameworks, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope. • Experience with Machine Learning or Generative AI
