Description

The role is based in our Analytics department, who help advertisers get the best returns on their marketing and promotional spend. You’ll develop accurate and appropriate analytic models, and beginning to interpret the analysis in order to create concise, insightful customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

 Key activities:

• To develop accurate and appropriate analytic models, under the direction of team leaders, helping provide commercially impactful advisory services
• To develop analytic tools and R/Python automation to help the business deliver its goal
• To continually accumulate and develop marketing effectiveness knowledge and expertise
• To contribute to team goals and profitability, by producing work to timetable
• To be a technical expert, bringing knowledge of multiple regression, logistic modelling, genetic algorithms, test design and computationally  efficient methods to the team (there is opportunity to learn these in the role)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What will you bring to the role:

• You will have achieved at least a degree in: Computer scientist, data scientist, finance/economics or  mathematics/statistics.
• You will be competent with at least two of the following: R, Python, MATLAB, SQL (at least 1-2 years of experience in R or Python, will be assessed through a coding exercise).
• Web programming skills would be advantageous but are not necessary!
• Experience in media or marketing industry would be advantageous but not necessary!
• Be able to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English. Fluent spoken English is MANDATORY  (interview will be conducted entirely  in English). Please attach your cv in English.
• Intellectually curious with an open mind, a self-starter, genuinely interested in data driven analysis
• We are hiring at multiple levels, but most interested in new graduates and applicants with between 1-5 years of experience
