Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with internal clients to understand data needs and define reporting requirements.

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau.

• Analyze data to identify trends, solve problems, and uncover opportunities.

• Support business process improvements and help teams use data more effectively.

• Ensure data integrity and contribute to governance initiatives.

• Develop working knowledge of core business systems such as CMiC, Destini, Service Desk, Snowflake, and more.

• Participate in software upgrade testing and ongoing enhancements.

 Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• A proactive mindset.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to adapt to change. 
• Problem solver with ability identity creative solutions. 

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of professional experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau (or similar).

• CMiC experience is a plus.
