We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst in our Rides Finance team, you’ll build the foundations that enable smarter decision-making across Bolt’s global ride-hailing operations. Your daily work will include building data pipelines and dashboards to unlock new insights, creating and improving financial planning models, and automating manual processes to drive efficiency. One week you might be creating global financial models or analyzing competitors performance the next, automating global weekly reporting tooling.

This role not only requires technical proficiency and business understanding, but also places a strong emphasis on excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Your strong intuition for business, combined with analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, will play a crucial role in driving the success of this position.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build and refine analytical tools, dashboards, and models using SQL, Python, spreadsheets, and BI tools.
  • Automate manual processes and optimize data workflows using Google Apps Script and Python.
  • Develop financial and operational models to support global growth and efficiency.
  • Own and manage your analytics project pipeline, delivering high-quality results at pace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  • Ensure consistent data quality, standardization, and documentation across your work.

About you:

  • You’ve built analytical tools and dashboards that scaled across a growing business or product.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in ETL, automation, and data modelling.
  • Strong skills in spreadsheets and Google Apps Script, with a passion for clever automation.
  • Confident working with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to create clear, interactive dashboards.
  • You think like an owner – you prioritise ruthlessly, communicate clearly, and manage your own projects.
  • Experience in financial modelling and/or a fast-paced tech environment is a plus.

Experience is great, but what we look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  • Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
