Location:  Remote with occasional visits to Nottingham or Wimbledon

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Reporting and Data Analysis to join our Performance Operations department here at Domestic & General. The role will provide regular reporting and ad hoc analysis, ensuring stakeholders are provided timely and relevant level of analysis in order to do their work.

Key Responsibilities will include

Reporting Management

• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform decision-making for the operation team.

• Provide specific analysis for BAU needs of the team.

Data Integrity & Quality Control

• Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, coordinating with MI,  IT and other stakeholders to resolve them.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Work closely with department heads to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights.

• Present key findings and insights to Operations managers and other stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement best practices, tools, and technologies in data analysis and reporting.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization to ensure best-in-class reporting.

Project Management

• Support project management in operation alongside MI and data.

Skills and experience required

• Substantial experience working in data analysis.

• Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel).

• Good presentational skills (including Power point).

• Able to adapt presentation skills to suit a variety of audiences.

• Track record working with stakeholders in a fast paced environment to produce reports/data.

• Good commercial understanding.

• Attention to detail.

• Good at managing stakeholder expectations.
