Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS) Sales Analytics Team in Kolding. In this highly visible role, you’ll support the Climate Solutions segment and work with stakeholders across functions and regions. You’ll not only deliver valuable insights but also shape how we use data to drive strategic decisions.

Are you driven by the challenge of turning complex data into clear business insights? Do you want a role that places you at the heart of commercial decision-making and gives you visibility across the entire Danfoss organization? If you’re curious, analytical, and a strong communicator – we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Analyst, your day-to-day work will blend deep data analysis with impactful business partnering.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic & Tactical Balance – Create new analytical frameworks while managing ongoing reporting and performance tracking

  • Market Data Analysis – Spot trends and patterns in external market data and connect them to sales performance

  • Internal Data Analytics – Dig into internal datasets to understand what’s driving results and where opportunities lie

  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work across functions in a matrix setup to deliver insights that matter

  • Business Insights – Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-makers

Background & Skills

We are looking for a candidate with a solid analytical foundation and 3–5 years of experience from a similar role within analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision support - preferably in a commercial or international business environment.

You bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate insights clearly across functions and geographies

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a general comfort working with digital tools to improve efficiency

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations

  • An interest in data visualization and dashboarding – and a passion for presenting key metrics and performance indicators in a clear, business-relevant format.

You are a collaborative team player, but also able to work independently and drive your own areas of responsibility. You thrive in a dynamic environment, where priorities shift, and your input helps shape decisions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working across functions in a matrix organisation or within large internal teams
  • Experience working with large datasets, databases, and tools such as SQL, Python, R, MATLAB, or SAS

If this sounds like the role for you, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. We review applications on an ongoing basis and will close the position once the right candidate has been found.
