System Analyst

Job Description: 

•  Project Management Support: Assist the Manager in managing project implementation activities, actively participating in the entire system development lifecycle, including analysis & design, coding, and testing.
•  Provide expert system support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our performance monitoring, IoT, and telecom systems.
•  Stay ahead of the curve: Pursue and obtain professional certifications for enterprise-level systems and platforms to enhance your expertise and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
•  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with developers, data engineers, security professionals, operators (DevOps, DataOps, MLOps), and business unit executives to identify and implement use cases.
•  Empower clients: Develop and deliver comprehensive system training programs to client IT teams and related personnel, ensuring their understanding and effective utilization of our systems.

Job Requirements:
•  Bachelor's degree (High diploma or equivalent) in Information Technology, Engineering, Computing, or a related field.
•  Proven experience with Microsoft Windows (Workstation and Server), Linux, and network/security configurations.
•  Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, or other database systems.
•  Knowledge of Virtual Machines (VM) and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
•  Demonstrated ability to independently acquire new skills and knowledge.
•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken).
