If you join us in the role of Finance Transformation and Masterdata Specialist Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Manage specific tasks and coordinate other Finance teams on specific activities performed within ERP and CPM tools, ensuring data quality and the correct functioning of the processes in the tools
• Coordinate other Finance teams to understand business needs and address them to proper IT referents
• Develop and maintain financial reports using Power BI, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of the controlling objects within ERP and CPM tools with respect to internal procedures

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• 3 years experience in the relevant field
• Basic knowledge of finance tools, with preference for Tagetik
• Basic understanding of finance processes, including budgeting / forecasting and controlling
• Experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership of his/her planning of activities
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, is mandatory
• Experience with digital transformation projects and data governance is a plus

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

• Minimal experience with SQL or other data query languages
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 and Tagetik solutions
• Basic knowledge of Finance processes, with particular focus on Controlling-related activities
