Job Description

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (ACT) is a global Fortune 200 company. A leader in the convenience store and fuel space, ACT’s retail network includes ~16,700 convenience stores and have footprints across 31 countries and territories primarily under the Circle K brand. The India Fuels & Logistics Global Capability Centre (F&L GCC) is an integral part of ACT’s Global Fuels & Logistics Team, and the Logistics Associate – Invoice Data Management will be a key player on this team that will help support with billing tasks for internal fleet’s fuel deliveries and grow F&L globally at ACT.

The hired candidate will partner with multiple departments, including Global Technology, Business Units, the Internal Fleet Maintenance team, and support functions.

About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for performing data entry tasks for internal fleet’s fuel deliveries, ensuring all fuel deliveries are reconciled within standards set by the compliance team, and for completing operational inquiries by developing thoughtful and thorough practical analysis and reports to inform decisions and support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Invoice Data Management

  • Accurately input and manage invoice data in accounting systems.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial records.

  • Maintain organized records of all invoices, supporting documentation, and correspondence.

  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

  • Assist in preparing reports related to invoice processing.

  • Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion.

  • Ability to read paperwork from terminals to update systems accordingly.

  • Effective email writing and verbal communication skills.

Operational Excellence

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline invoice processing workflows.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Takes ownership and works as one team to deliver the daily assigned tasks within the defined SLA.

  • Active Listening—Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with stakeholders across Global Technology, Internal Fleet Maintenance, and Business Units Leadership to build and continually improve/ optimize metrics.

  • Serve as first point of contact for the Business stakeholders for any technical/non-technical issues within the project and communicate the same to higher-ups within the stipulated timelines to avoid any process delays.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or business administration

Relevant Experience

  • 0-1 years in a logistics/accounting role

  • Fluency in English - verbal and written communication

  • Proficient with MS excel/MS Office Suite
