We are currently searching for a Remote Big Data Lead (Snowflake + Power BI):

Responsibilities:

• Lead data projects utilizing Snowflake and Power BI to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide business insights.
• Support data modeling, data analysis, and reporting strategies.
• Apply knowledge of ETL concepts and tools to ensure efficient data movement and transformation.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Business Objects to meet stakeholder needs.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with SQL and Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI or Business Objects (BO) for reporting and visualization.
• Solid understanding of ETL tools, data concepts, and processes.
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and query performance optimization.

Desired:

• HR domain experience is a strong plus.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
