  • Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s or PhD in computer science, software engineering, statistics, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in data and software engineering, with strong hands-on skills.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.

  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and team development.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English language, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

What We Value

We’re looking for a proactive team player who is eager to grow, share knowledge, and solve problems. You should enjoy collaboration, be open to stepping out of your comfort zone, and be motivated by continuous learning and team success.
