Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the international rollout of the HR Chatbot including coordination with HR in Lidl countries
• Consulting for HR teams on the optimal use of the HR Chatbot
• Analyzing Chatbot usage and identifying improvement potentials
• Manage operations of the HR Chatbot
• Close collaboration with other HR Teams and technical experts
• Strong interface work with Sales and Logistics 
• Rapid assessment of business needs and delivery of effective solutions

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in HR, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally with a focus on technology and digitalization
• Good technical understanding with relevant knowledge in Chatbot Technologies, Automation, and User Experience
• Experience in managing international transformation/digitalization projects
• Experience in agile project management methods
• Strong communication skills, team player, and solution oriented personality 
• Fluent English skills in spoken and written form, optional German skills
• Intercultural competence in an international environment
